Simply Books presents... Prue Leith
Date: Tuesday 27th November
Venue: St Michael's Church, St Michael's Avenue, Bramhall, SK7 2PG
Join us for an evening with Great British Bake Off judge Prue Leith as she talk about her life-long passion for food and introduces her new cookbook Prue - a mouth-watering collection of recipes from her own kitchen table.
Prue Leith has been at the top of the British food scene for many years. She has had huge success not only as founder of Leith's School of Food and Wine, but also as a restaurateur, teacher, TV cook, food author and novelist. Prue has also been a leading figure in campaigns to improve food in schools, hospitals and the home and is a popular judge on The Great British Bake Off.
This is Prue's first cookery book in twenty-five years - weaving intimate and witty stories from her life around many of the recipes, and celebrating the food we all want to make at home.
We are delighted to bringing Prue Leith to Bramhall for what promises to be a highly entertaining evening. Don't miss this opportunity to meet one of the nation's best loved cooks!
